Six students from Redbridge Alternative Provision attended an exhibition held in the Science Museum located in South Kensington. Students were immersed in a genre-defying exhibition where they embarked on an adventure through the cosmos to explore visions of the future through the science of today. Students of RAP enjoyed their time at the museum and participated in most activities that were situated in different rooms. Some activities involved team collaboration and interpersonal skills in which all students were involved in.
One student mentioned ‘I had a wonderful time here, learning what the future holds in engineering and what scientists are working on regarding technology and consumption of energy’. Students were mesmerised in one particular room in which the room was set out as a planetarium with the Universe projected on to the ceiling.
