At RAP, we held another Friday Celebration Breakfast on November 28th, creating a positive and welcoming start to the day for all students. As they arrived, pupils were greeted with the aroma of a freshly cooked hot breakfast and were able to choose from a range of options including fried eggs, turkey rashers, baked beans, toast, and warm bagels. Staff were on hand to serve and chat with students, helping to build strong relationships and set a supportive tone.
Students then enjoyed a relaxed and friendly form time, where they could sit together, socialise, and unwind in a calm environment before lessons began. This unstructured time allowed pupils to interact with peers they might not see during the week, contributing to a sense of community and belonging within the provision. The breakfast not only ensured that students started the day nourished but also reinforced our commitment to promoting wellbeing, routine, and positive engagement at the start of every Friday.
