At Redbridge Alternative Provision (RAP) , our values have been developed together as a community and reflect our high aspirations for students. These values of determination, equality, friendship, inspiration, perseverance, reflection, resilience, and respect guide our actions and interactions, creating an environment where students can grow, reflect, and thrive. They underpin our ethos, ensuring that every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to overcome challenges and realise their potential.
Our Pastoral Team focus on supporting our pupils’ attend and access learning, whilst they also promote understanding and fairness, in still respect and enable equal opportunities for all.
Our Pastoral Team communicate any concerns, as they arise, with parents/carers. Working closely with parents/carers, a whole team approach is essential to ensure that any concerns are addressed quickly to prevent situations from escalating.
