Celebrating Our Year 11 Leavers

Following the completion of their GCSE examinations, our Year 11 students celebrated the end of their journey at Redbridge Alternative Provision with a memorable day out in London.

The celebrations began with a sightseeing cruise along the River Thames from Westminster to Greenwich, giving students the opportunity to take in some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye and The Shard.

On arrival at Greenwich, students enjoyed a celebratory lunch at Bianca43, their restaurant of choice, where they shared wood-fired pizzas and Italian favourites while reflecting on their time together at RAP.

The day provided a wonderful opportunity for students and their tutor, Mr Williams, to celebrate their achievements and the friendships they have built throughout their time at school. On returning to RAP, students said their farewells to Mr Jonker, Ms Thoms, Ms Anwar and the wider staff team, thanking them for their guidance and support over the years.

We are incredibly proud of everything our Year 11 students have achieved during their time at RAP. We wish Class 4.2 every success as they move on to college, apprenticeships and future careers. We look forward to hearing about all they accomplish in the years ahead.
