We successfully held our first Parent Consultation Day of this academic year, and it was a fantastic event for the entire RAP community. It was wonderful to see so many parents meeting with teachers to discuss their child’s learning journey. This collaborative approach remains one of the most effective ways to support student success.
The impressive turnout highlighted the importance of working together. The day provided a meaningful opportunity to celebrate progress, showcase student work, and discuss next steps for learning and development. Parents were able to engage directly with key staff, review achievements, raise concerns, and strengthen positive relationships.
RAP staff greatly valued these end-of-term discussions, which allowed us to identify areas for growth and reinforce our shared commitment to student achievement.
It was also encouraging to reflect on the accomplishments of students who received their functional skills exam results, as well as the many enriching trips attended by our learners this year. These experiences continue to broaden horizons, deepen learning, and strengthen the RAP community.
